What is an AI Agent?

 Some of you may be wondering, isn't an AI agent the same as a chatbot? Well, I can tell you that an AI agent is far from just your regular chatbot. A chatbot TALKS while an AI Agent TALKS and ACTS. Let me breakdown this down into simpler terms. An AI Agent is simply as it sounds, it is an agent of Artificial Intelligence, meaning it acts and gets things done for you using artificial intelligence. Think of this as sort of a digital helper that understands what you want, then takes actions based off your input. A chatbot on the other hand is mainly for conversation. It's similar to a customer service, which guides you on what to do but usually doesn't do the task itself.
